Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may necessitate changes to your fencing project. Our refund guidelines are as follows:
1. Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure materials. This deposit is nonrefundable after three (3) business days from the date of payment.
2. Cancellation Eligibility
Cancellations within three (3) business days are eligible for a full refund of the deposit amount.
3. Credit Card Fees
Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee which is deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 4–6 business days from the date of the request.
